Surviving the surf comes with benefits

Back at the campsite, the catch of the day has made it onto the BBQ : 2 fish.

One considerably bigger than the other.

Now, the easiest solution would probably be to divide everything equally.

But after spending most of the fishing trip at the front of the Zodiac, swallowing what felt like half the Atlantic, my furry companion clearly had a strong case.

So yes... he got the biggest fish.

Fair?

Fairness isn't always about everyone getting exactly the same.

Sometimes there is a perfectly good reason why someone gets a little more or a little less.

Whether it's around a BBQ or at work, people don’t always expect the biggest fish.

It's about the decisions we make and whether people can understand why.

And clearly, the why needs to make sense.
