Eating seafood isn’t nearly as complicated as it first seems… 😄 Sometimes, all it takes is someone saying: “Here… let me show you.”

One simple demonstration. One small technique. Suddenly, something that looked surprisingly complicated becomes remarkably simple.

The real value isn’t making things look complicated. It’s making complexity understandable.

That’s true at a little Mediterranean fishing harbour… …and just as true in business.

Someone once took the time to show me, too. Perhaps one of the nicest things we can do for someone else is simply pass that knowledge on.

Interestingly, Mediterranean temperatures seem to affect teamwork much more than appetite… at least for my furry companion. I’m happy to report he’s back to his usual helpful self. 🐾
